This was a did not finish for me. While the lessons learned are really great, and its an insightful look into healthcare during this era, I could not stand the amount of sexualization and the 2-dimensional depiction of the women. Most of the women did not have a name, and focused on how much the author wanted to have sex with them.

If you cannot stomach the opening scene, I would say don't bother picking this up.
