So I heard about this book after I finished one of my favorite books MetaGame, that basically imagines a world as if this books ideas are what the whole world is based on. The basic idea of what this book is supposed to discuss, is the idea of using games, or more specifically reward mechanisms and motivations from online games, in a workplace environment.
