Personally, I can't relate to the main character of this book, Tandy Angel. Not just because she's a girl, but our families are much different. She isn't allowed much of a social life and spends a lot of her time studying. Where as I like to balance school out with my other activities. Also, she is essentially a genious. Tandy, a teenager, takes the initiative to find who killed her parents, something I couldn't do.

The Angels are a wealthy family that live in the infamous "Dakota" in New York City. The family consists of Matthew, a Heisman football player; Tandy, an extremely smart girl; Harry, a great instrument player; and Hugo, a strong 10 year old. When their strict parents are found dead at night, the kids try to figure who could have killed them. The kids become prime suspects in the case, and evil secrets are revealed.

If I could enter the mind of any character, I would enter the mind of Tandy Angel. I would enter the scene when she is sent to jail. Tandy is found as a prime suspect for her parent's murder. She is taken into custody by the NYPD. Many thoughts are currently going through Tandy's head. She wonders if she'll ever become successful now, or if this will be temporary. Tandy is nervous about her future.
