My book fits into the archetype of the voyage. This is because of the fact of Mr.Arronax going on a voyage to kill the supposed narwhal, he then falls off of his previous ride and is taken into the Nautilus. He discoveres a whole knew world with the help of Captain Nemo, showing him the wonders of the under water world.

There are many complications that happen to Dr. Aronnax. First he is thrust into a mission to figure out what this mysterious creature of the depths is. Then he figures out it is made of steel but is thrust out of the boat he was on. He then finds out that it is infact a submarine captained by Captain Nemo (Nemo meaning no one). He is currently on a mission in the depths of the Carribean with Nemo.
