To find Valentine, se has to fight a pack of werewolves and vampires at the same time, fight some demon of death, all while she has a spell in her head that blocks her ability to remember memories of any magic or otherwordly events/beings.

-The fact that Clary can see shadow-beings might mean she is one herself
-Isabelle and Clary both like Jace, so they might fight over him later
-The sensor will make another appearence because it melted the monster
-The massive library probably has a "forbidden section" that Clary reads despite that she isn't supposed to
-Clary's Mom dies, and Clary probably will find out a way to get her back or want to avenger her
