Important ideas to engage with, but also to stay skeptical of. Not very convinced by Williams' formulation of the "post-modern" as that which is outside of development, but he's also likely responding to a specific context of cultural and discursive problems that I don't really have access to anymore. Williams' familiarity with literature shows in his relative unfamiliarity with art.
