In The Help, barriers is the biggest theme that I have seen. In The Outsiders barriers was also one of the main themes. In The Help thee are racial barriers that are seemingly impossible to break down. In The Outsiders there are economical barriers. Characters in The Help bend the rules to break to down.

I would want to be in the mind of Skeeter. She has forward thinking ideas for the world that are ahead of her time. She is extremely creative. She is very compassionate towards The Help, she understands what they are going through and that that is why her book is so successful. I would want to go into the moment where she, Minny, and Abilene figure out the title for their book. She finally feels happy with herself.
