Goggins continued his new path onto running marathons. He pushed himself hard as dedicated time to showing people what he is capable of. It wouldn’t come easy but he was making his presence known by coming in third place for his next marathon.

He was not only out of place but had been dealing with injuries but that wouldn’t stop goggins from finishing because he knew he had to prove to himself he could do it.

After surpassing the 100 miles Goggins was broken. After no practice leading to the marathon when he reached the final mark he was in bad shape. He had toe nails dangling off his feet and blood dripping down his leg. He had also went to the restroom on himself. After being told to go to the hospital he refused and instead went home. He could barley walk but managed to crawl to his tub where he startedto urinate black

At the 70th mile mark Goggins was starting to fall apart. He was battered. His feet were bad he was bloody and he had ankle fractures. At the end of the day he looked back at times where he had endured pain and passed it and used that as gas his pace started to pick up and he was on track to finishing the 100 mile in 24 hours

Into the 50 mile mark of the marathon David started to feel it. His lungs seized and his chest rattled. He started to throw up knots of brown mucus. He thought he was invincible but without the proper training he was in tremendous pain.

David during his work as a navy seal there was an operation called operation Red Wings where a 4 man seal team was ambushed during as mission. It hit him hard as he knew every single one of the men on the mission. When he heard the news he knew he had to do something and he wanted to run one of the hardest marathons to raise money but he wasn’t gonna be let in easy.

When David got into seal training he experienced many obstacles such as a injured knee and got held back a class and had to restart hell week. David had to get pulled out because he wouldn’t give up even if his knee was in agony

For David qualifying to become a Navy Seal looked far ahead but that didn’t discourage him. He ran, swim, lift weights because that how determined he was. There were dark nights but he never gave in. Every single push-up, pull-up he didn’t hit for his goal stayed with him, creeping up on him but he pushed and got down from 297 to 250
