Through the beginning of this book not much has happened, Chloe has introduced us to her friends and family, even her crush. One thing that might be important is that she describes how she feels about them very specifically, and her opinions on them. I know from reading the back of the book a heart transplant happens, and maybe this changes her views on the people she knows and loves.

My book fits into the archetype of rebirth. My book fits into rebirth since the protagonist, Chloe, collapsed on the track field and underwent a heart transplant. This unforeseen event forced the protagonist to change the way she lived, since she no longer wanted perfect grades and a normal life, she now wanted to explore the world, and surf, stuff she never even thought of try before the heart transplant.

The complications that occur to my character were how perfect she was. Chloe was a straight A student and was doing amazing in track and field, until she had collapsed on the field and was in need of a heart transplant, this is the climax. The result of Chloe's heart transplant was that she felt different about many things, all of a sudden she wanted to surf and explore the world, and stop being the perfect student.
