I did not expect the book to get to the point this fast... They already fell in the elevator, the plane already hit. As soon of the plane hit and they were falling it switched back to Reshminna. The author had to do that??? It flows nicely together and I am excited to see how their stories compare in the end!!

I would cry if I was Brandon. Being trapped in an elevator with adults not knowing anything. I would be claustrophobic especially crawling through the hole in the drywall. I a so anxious for all of them to see what happens. Hopefully they live!

I can not imagine what Brayden is going through. Imagine you are a nine year old child and you are falling and stranded in an elevator by yourself. I wonder if h is thinning "I never said goodbye or love you or even hugged my father and I am about to die". Maybe that is really dark and I am just going crazy but... it is kind of sad to think about!

I think I will enjoy how this book is set up. From what I can tell it will go back and forth between Brandon and a girl in Afghanistan. The stories are oddly similar right now, I bet the author did it on purpose. I am exited to read further into my book!!

Lauryn P I have read this book, and I too was surprised that the author got to the point so quick. Most books regarding 9/11 heavily describe the beginning of the day, before the attacks. I know the author had a purpose for that, but I would like to have known more about how the morning started off before the attacks.
