Okay. The first mistake here and the reason for the DNF is there are 44 phonemes in the English language not 31 like she states. It is an interesting book but clearly, she is not as knowledgeable. I am not trying to be mean just that before you write an academic book, you got to know your content.

Sorry but you can’t overlook that, although a literary piece can stand on its own, the ideas that bring it about are part of the author’s interpretation of life. Sue me 🤷♂️

Lets see her approach. I remembered taking this class while getting my undergrad and boy was it a headache. However.. I love literature so… let’s see what she comes up with. And yes… I may get a little snobby with her approach 😂
