Good job Donna. Most of what is in this book I know already. It was worth reading anyway. And there were a couple of really good kernels. I'm going to find me some MBSR since I have a ACE;-)

I liked the transitions from science writing to personal experience. I liked it so much more than the non-fiction books with cameos of others' experiences.
