Read this in a single setting. Having spent 10.5 years working for IBM in the late 1990's through 2008, Peter captured the experience almost too well - the rolling layoffs, the US vs. Them mentality, etc. IBM, if it survives, is definitely not the same place as Watson Sr./Jr.
