Reminded of how slipshod this book's construction is when compared with the first. There is a long, rather pointless section detailing Will and Jean Paul's journey from the White Mountains to the town hosting the games. Little is achieved by the length of this section, especially their interaction with the hermit. Still, I can't put the book down!
