Started reading this almost 2 yrs ago. Put it down and never finished. Came highly recommended and thought I would love it. Surprised me, but I didn't and had a hard time reading it. Greatly admire Greg Mortenson and what he has accomplished, but did not enjoy 'reading' this version of his story. Can't really explain why.

Started this book last year (?). Came highly recommended by a few people whose judgement I value. Was caught off guard that I don't love this book. Put it down with only about 70 pages to go and haven't picked it back up to finish. I greatly admire Greg Mortensen and think he has accomplished great things, but did not enjoy 'reading' his story. Can't really explain why, but didn't find myself engaged.
