I love how passionate the author is when introducing each recipe. It’s so motivating! It covers the lack of pictures.

According to the recipe index it seems that there are terrific ideas here, so I’m considering on purchasing a copy, even though not all recipes are pictured. I will decide at the end.
I noticed that there are no nutritional table for the recipes.
