Some of the molecules he mentions have been called into question as far as their ability to activate certain dna repair mechanisms and it turns out they might actually be harmful. His study was not replicated but he still claims it’s effectiveness isn’t in question. The other ideas in this book like the general information theory of aging make sense to me and seem to be very credible
