This book is great! It seemed too specifically accurate to what I was looking for to be true, but it is exactly what I was hoping. I think the subtitle is misleading, because her point is that there is no “best” birth.

I’ve been really encouraged by her perspective that hospitals are not the enemy, but rather unrealistic expectations are what cause people to hate their experiences. Can’t wait to finish it!
