In my book Crying In H Mart, the auther made the book a flashback. Michelle Zauner said in the first page,"i barely could remember what its like before mymom died." This shows that she is talking about her experience with her mom before she died, so Michelle is talking tothe audiance about her passed experience.

I do belive that this is a turning point for my characture. Michelle now feels that she doesn need to hold on anylonger with the idea of losing her mom but instead bring her cooking back to life. Michelle said that cooking the food that my mom once cooked for me makes me feel like she is still with me.

In My book crying In H-Mart i would be friends with the main characture, Michelle Zazuner because i know what it's like to lose a family member and having no one there with me but only there food brought me back to remembering theml. she said," Dood was how my mother expressed her love no matter how critican or mean she seemed. this is why i could be friends and be there for her so she is not alone.
