I don't understand this writer at all! Christian adopts a dog, takes her for a walk and is atttacked. The creature rips the dog to shreads. Blood and body parts all over the park. The next day he is at work again. Where he has a nightmare and feels he has to run home and save his girlfriend. I can't tell when this guy is dreaming or not. This would be a good book to read if one were stoned.

Spiering, jumps from one scene to the next. This is very difficult to follow. to make matters worse, the creature seems to be supernatural in nature, it knows everything about its victims and is able to communicate telepathically. That of course is during the few paragraphs that focus in the creature. so far the story seems to center around Dr Christian

The little boy is the protagonist. This writer loves to abruptly change scenes. And also changed the little boys name to Christian.

This book has some similarities with The Strain. The box is transported to the USA with a demonic like creature on board. Their is still some character development going on, so no idea as to who is the protagonist.

Still am not sure as to who is the protagonist. my money is on the doctor, but it could be the museum girl.
