Reading a book you haven't read before is what I imagine having psychic visions is like. You'll read a line of dialogue or a name and suddenly you're getting random bits of information: a missing dog, someone lying still in a hedge maze, abandoned tower, betrayal, hidden identity.

I wasn't going to update just for reading one chapter but then Aaron encouraged me to do it. We should all have a friend like Aaron.
Anyhow we're almost to Charlie leaving for the academy, which I'm excited for because then we're going to get all of the other characters. Sorry Benjamin, you're Charlie's least interesting friend.

I started another book without finishing other ones I'm reading.
I finally found a copy of the first book in the series, time to see if my childhood favorite holds up to my memories of it. It's already so nostalgic, all the characters and some figure plot points coming back to me.
