The preface completely caught me off guard. Out of all the stories, especially personal accounts, I have read surrounding the events of 9/11, this preface is the most detailed and riveting by far. I was pulled into the scene and felt like I was experiencing everything the author did. At some point I realized I was even holding my breath! This book is turning out to be better than I ever anticipated.
