I've come to the part in the book that mentions the benefits of prebiotics, "like fructo-oligosaccharides, inulin and galacto-oligosaccharides". Also known as FODMAPs. 🙃 I'm laughing/crying for those of us who have had to go on low-FODMAP diets for a few weeks because our digestive systems were not happy and able to handle them.
