This is my number-one self-help book. Some of the prose comes off as sort of cloudy, but in the end the author really marks his territory with his eye-opening science. Urine for a treat as you page through testimonials after testimonials, trickling with valuable health information and recipes, like Lemon Surprise Cake, which recently made a splash with my church group.
