Kirk Tobak, the boy who knows has a lot of courage to be the top of his class, and have the top grades, decides not to do the work in class, not to participate in class disscussions. As a result of what Kirk is doing it has led him to being moved from one of the top honors english class, to a burn out class with the retards. Why and how is Kirk accepting the fact that he is so smart but does not want to show it?

Kirk has been finding himself liking the environment he has been moved to, he has not noticed what he has put himself into. The type of shame he has been under. why cant Kirk just prove himself one of the top kids in the school instead of the lowest of the lowest. Just do the Homework, classwork, read, act as if you deserve to be in Honors English. Im hoping kirk shows a little improvement and sees what hes going to be dealing with for the next year or two.
