Erika’s Reviews > Donbas: The True Story of an Escape from the Soviet Union > Status Update

My 7th grade Social Studies teacher read this aloud to us as he did for 28years. It made an impression on me and I sought out the book as an adult a few years back and luckily it had a new round of printing. I dig it out with the news that Russia invaded Donbas and all of Ukraine. My heart is heavy as I feel history is repeating itself.
