this book started off really strong, but this second half has taken a really strange turn. It’s all incredibly convoluted and hard to read. The protagonist is no longer relatable and she’s making decisions that don’t make sense for her character as established in the beginning of the book. It doesn’t feel like positive growth it’s just…odd.
