I would recommend this book to a teenage girl who likes romantic novels. Not to a kid because the book has some swearing it and it is talking about gangs.

Alex goes to quit the gang he is in. There are rumors that he died, but Brittany doesn’t know if it is true. Then a couple months later Brittany goes to college in Colorado and she gets to visit her sister Shelley. That is the whole reason why Brittany is going to college in Colorado.

Brittany goes to the beach and then she leaves where her friends are and she goes where Alex and his gang are. Alex’s friend Javier is bothering Brittany and Alex comes and helps her. Then Brittany feels sick and then Alex helps her while and tries to find someone to take Brittany home.

I notice that Alex is flirting with Brittany during chemistry.

This makes a picture in my mind when Alex, Brittany, and Colin were in the hallway fighting with Alex. It really made me want to read more of it.
