How far have you gotten? I think it really drags until she meets Jamie.

It's been several weeks since I've attempted to read this. What I remember is she has met Jamie and doctored his wounds. They are now at a castle and she is presented to the royalty there.
It will pick up very shortly then. Hang in there!
