The flashback to Lily's mom was really interesting and I'm enjoying the progression of lily and kath's relationship

I love the characterization and how the setting is shown rather than told. It's great how the author is able to get the atmosphere so perfectly and pull the reader in instead of telling them outright that it's 1950
Makes it feel more real when you're shown the small details and see them integrated with the plot
