The Author is able to convey emotions of the characters very well, as when the protagonist is hit with a heavy truth that could ruin her life, not matter how much she tries to surpress her fear of it. She is still unable to and starts to shake, and through this you can almost feel like your in her shoes, and feel the anxiety and fear of being sent off.
