thing book is like getting on the back on the bad boy’s motorcycle and letting him take you out for a wild, wild spin

So far, the first 30 pages were overwhelming but now I’m getting the hang of it. It’s expertly researched, the level to detail is mind-blowing. It’s well written too, at least to my taste. Content-wise, I am equal parts baffled and aggrieved at the audacity of Big Food companies, as well as their lack of self-awareness.
