Wow wow wow. I’m only one chapter in and I have already gotten teary eyed and stopped reading to journal. This book is what my 13, 18, 23 and now 25 year old self so desperately needed. I can’t wait to see how this book will help implement growth in loving myself and treating her with the respect she deserves.
