This book has no depth, no emotion and 1-dimensional characters yet I feel strangely compelled to keep reading. Because my chances of finding another Jordanian novel are slim? More because there are some interesting cultural notations that I enjoy although reading reviews makes me doubt their authenticity. Hmmm.
