Reas Chapter 2 in audiobook form and honestly it was the right decision. I found myself responding to it like I was in therapy and discussing how to get through changing my lousy boundaries to healthier “big boy energy” boundaries. Was a good way to reflect on the work day.

Finished Chapter 3 (again in audiobook form) and my first thought was oh boy I should have waiting till I got home. This chapter is the shortest in the book but requires your full attention. Jen Sincero walks you through an exercise to help you pick what habit you’ll be working on for the next 21 days. Favorite quote: Perfectionism is just procrastination in a fancy outfit.
