Nervous just like his father, Albus talks with his father about the different houses in Hogwarts. But when Harry first arrived at that train, he had zero amount of knowledge of what he was going to arrive at. Harry tells his son that if he desires, he can put the thought of what house he wants to be in and the hat will listen to his choice. After the hat chooses his house Gryffindor, he sits down with the boy he met.

After Harry leaves, he meets with Hermione, showing her the Time Turner he confiscated from a convict. All time turners were destroyed during the Battle of Hogwarts, where Harry killed Voldemort. A flashbsck to where Harry was helping Albus prepare for his first year at Hogwarts, Albus is annoyed at his father for being so excited, that he tries to blow off his dad but fails.
