A.J. Jacobs has an aha moment when he had a rough start to the morning. But since he is doing a project on gratitude he decided that instead of being annoyed about it he chose to be grateful for what he has. As A.J. Jacobs said “since I’m doing a project on gratitude, I figer I’d better practice some thankfulness to try and calm my self down”. I think that this is a good aha moment.
