This is the first time I've thought, this is a white dude writer. So far he's done a good job of painting Renie, but for a black woman drying her hair is no quick, 20 minute process. Its a pain in the ass, and time consuming. So far he's done good though.

Ughh, I've been too sick to even read. But I do like the story, and the characters. Just moving slooooooowly.
