Technology replaces workers in production thus cutting wage rates and throwing the workers into poverty. This means that the reduced buying capacity of the workers (also the largest buyers) can no longer suffice the increase in production. This is a contradiction and will lead to the doom of capitalism. A social revolution must take place in order for us to keep up with these new technologically advanced relations.

If the old relations persist, they will only serve as a chain on the development of the modern productive forces, thus a social revolution replacing the old relations must take place. Therefore, it is imperative to say that the relations of prod in the capitalist system are also now becoming a chain to the new technological advanced relations of production and the working class suffers from these outdated relations.
