Taru teaching Luke using Thei was interesting. I wonder if they’ll use this to get into Abeloth’s mind and discover where she came from.

Luke freeing Callista was badass. Leia and Allana saving Tenel Ka and C-3PO felt rushed. Hopefully there is more to that plot-line later. The battle between Luke’s group, the Sith and Abeloth felt like it was glossed over. The Sith working with Abeloth was a twist, but the Sith are idiots in this series. Tahiri going to the Jedi hopefully works out. Abeloth escaping again feels unearned and like a copout.

Fett breaks Daala out of prison, undoing all the development in the same book. Tahiri escaping was predictable but I’m eager to see where she goes next. Nothing better happen to Tenel Ka! Also, is this slave revolt plot going anywhere? It better have some payoff soon, because it’s boring right now.

What is the purpose of Treen? I’m glad Luke’s exile was reversed. Hopefully he gets big moments with the main cast. They’re gonna shoehorn Fett into this now? I’m excited Tenel Ka is back finally! Tahiri’s death sentence was a surprise but I doubt she’ll die. The Sith are way too close to discovering Allana for my taste. Please let there be a big battle with Leia vs the Sith!

Daala agreeing with Palpatine’s methods was chilling. Does Seha actually have feelings for Javon? Seha taking the blame for poisoning Lecersen and being an inside agent was clever. Daala seems to love making the wrong choice when it comes to the slavery issue. Dorvan deciding to quit was comical to read. Ben and Vestara are a couple I can root for. I hope the coup succeeds. Down with Daala!

Valin and Jysella still being insane complicates things. Love Nam Chorios and it’s cold climate/plague situation. The authors forgot about Lecersen for like 2 books. I forgot he was a factor after so long. I love how the Callista part of Abeloth is influencing her decisions.
