Astounding. There is so much I never knew about his voyages. I appreciate how all these logs have been brought together into a single narrative!

Great hook. We're getting to take the trip with Columbus, using the best sources and scholarship available. To tell the truth, with the author's Native American heritage I thought this might be a scathing account, but it is very factual while acknowledging the "for better and for worse" nature of what the future inhabitants of this "New World" will do.
