I feel so bad for Jace. His childhood was so disturbing. His father didn't seem to love him. If he did then he made a really good job of hiding it. I don't think Clary's dad is actually dead because her mother has been hiding something from her.

I knew Clary's mother was hiding something! She didn't want her to remember shadow hunter memories from her childhood. She was afraid for her.

I wonder why Clary's memories are blocked? I don't think Magnus will be willing to tell them the truth, although it depends on his relationship with Clary's mother. I wonder what she is trying to hide.

I knew it! Clary's a shadow hunter! I don't think Clary's mother was telling her the truth about her father because she didn't want her to find out she was a shadow hunter. She was trying to protect her, but I think Clary had the right to know her true self.

Clary was just attacked by a demon! I'm so glad Jace was there to save her. He totally likes her! I think there's something odd about Clary. I don't think she's completely human because she can see what other people can't.
