Unfortunately all of my summaries are still in Belgium, just don't forget about the transcription exercise (+ reading the book (only the obligatory chapters, save the non-obligatory ones for later) and being able to recall most of the theory and applying the concepts on examples (like the exercises in class) should give you a pretty high score).
