Not sure that I'm actually going to be able to finish this. It reads like Diablo Cody or Chuck Klosterman (neither of who I like) for the tween set. Terrible pacing - the plot resembles a mediocre video game. -20 points for lack of originality: the manic-pixie-dream-girl character LITERALLY HAS WINGS. I went in with very high expectations due to a great review, which makes the disappointment all the worse.
