So far this book deals with a variety of things in quite a haphazard way. It's not clear where Donna Williams gets her information, as it lacks references. I suspect she's drawing from the theories of various alternative therapies as well as medical research, withouth clarifying which has scientific evidence, so it's a bit of a mishmash. It has potential to become interesting & useful though, so I'll keep reading.

If you go to the book page under the cover on the left you can take it off the currently reading shelf.

Seems there is only a choice between 'read', 'to read' and 'currently reading'. No choice for 'abandoned half way through'!

Ah, brilliant, thanks. I actually ended up deleting the book from my records (I didn't see your reply here until today!) but that's great to know how to do it for next time.
