Faster pace, but I still find myself skimming the book. This is the kind of series that will have to be read at least twice because I'm still lost as to what's happening.

Slightly regretting skipping the third books, but at this point I don't want to be sidetracked from the story's end.

I have decided to skip the third book (Interlude - Brandon) for now. I just really want to know how this series ends.
