Almost done! Three short stories to go. My favorite so far is still the first story. However, I do like "Night Cries" as well...it's really clever that the vampire is Vlad's son is the main character. I enjoyed it a lot. Almost done. :)

So far, my favorite short story is the first one. "The Lord's Work." It absolutely blew me away and definitely raised the bar for my judgement of the rest. So far, none are quite so good, though they're all well written and for the most part, interesting. Hopefully, there will be another that's just as good as the first.
