I've made it a personal project to read all four volumes of the collected Journalism, Letters and Essays of George Orwell before my birthday in September. So many cite Orwell, but how many have read even a single word of his? I wonder. I've heard that anyone who is serious about writing should read Orwell's journalism; so that's what I mean to do.
