Mhm. I'm still really liking these two clowns. By now they have stabbed each other, snapped their necks, etc. But Death and Lazarus are clowning hard.

“I’m moving,” he taunts. “Don’t be childish,” I say. “I wouldn’t know how to be childish,” he counters, “I’ve never been a child.” I narrow my eyes at him again. He leans right. “Still moving.” Oh, for fuck’s sake.

Death and Lazarus have to be my favs already. I got more into the series with War, but Famine is the book that did it for me. I guess it's because you see the culmination of everything. Their stories led to these babies meeting. I love it.
