I must say, I am thoroughly enjoying Meyun's mayhem that he's causing Miss Know It All.
I love the direction this book is taking.
Surprisingly I am shipping (do ppl still say that?) the idea of Ia & Meyun. I don't ship, who am I? What has happened to me? Maybe it's the wine🍷
I don't recall any of this book from apparently reading it before. Which I am a fan of. New experiences and all that.

Also it's kind of weird that someone with all the powers and more badass than apparently the ultimate badass can't have sex with anyone. I get the whole no time for a relationship but making the MC a virgin is an interesting choice. Same with requesting both her brothers get with the same chick. 🧐

- ugh. I have heard this almost exact sentence quite a few times already and I'm only 2 books in!!

usually the fight scenes are good. that one was mainly confusing....

I don't know if i should be happy or not at the success Ia had at getting rid of the male love interest. I imagine he'll pop up again but what if he doesn't?
I'm so used to the whole find a man and cling on in books that i usually dislike, so when the opposite finally happens and I don't know if i should be pleased or not. :/

Who ever is playing part of the salik seems to be doing a marvelous job. Ia also seem quite realistic in her reaction. Doesn't seem like a simulation at all!! unless they somehow managed to get their hands on a real Salik for authenticity.??

The vomiting? pure genius!!!

Sheesh that went from 0 to 60!!! first they were just having 'feelings,' now there falling in love? Don't be fucking ridiculous. Bennie should keep her nose out of it. I'm sure she' just wanted to help her friend but she did it by abusing her power as a counselor and that's not cool. What happens if this ruins everything Ia has been working towards?... end of the world disaster thing?
